Delivery and Payment Terms

I. DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery zone

Harvest Baking will provide you with delivery services within Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Delivery Fees

• Free ship for all orders from 350,000 VND;
• District 1, 2, 3, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, Thu Duc: freeship for all orders from 200,000 VND;
• District 4, 7, Tan Binh: 20,000 VND;
• District 5, 10, 11: 40,000 VND;
• District 6, 8, Tan Phu, Binh Chanh: 50,000 VND;
• District 9, 12, Binh Tan, Can Gio, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon: out of service area.

3. Delivery Time

a. Time limit: Orders should be received 24 hour prior to delivery in order to leave time for freshly baking your items. Some items may require a longer turn-around.

b. Opening time: 8a.m – 5p.m everyday.

c. When you receive your product, please carefully check carefully with the delivery man and keep the receipt for inspection.

d. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame. 

II. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

After confirmation of your order request, if you want to cancel your order, please call us at 0909223836 or email us at orders@harvestbaking.net.

III. PAYMENT POLICY 

Methods of payment: 

• Cash on Deliveries: payment will be made upon arrival.
• Bank transfer: Please contact our customer service at 0909223836 or orders@harvestbaking.net for bank account information.
