1. Harvest Baking’s Website
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Harvest Baking’s Website (hereinafter referred as “Website”), including users who are also contributors of video content, information, and other materials or services on the Website. The Website may contain links to third party Websites that are not owned or controlled by Harvest Baking. Harvest Baking has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party Websites. Harvest Baking (“we”, “our” or “us”) takes your privacy very seriously and wishes to assure you that your personal information will be treated as confidential. This is how we will manage information we collect from you through our websites and online services, including harvestbaking.net and any other owned or operated websites and online services that link to this Privacy Policy. Your orders will be retained in a database for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our service. We will not keep your Data at our Customer Database stored at Computer Server in Data Centre 12 months after the cancellation of account.

We do not knowingly accept information from children under the age of seven (07) as they are not eligible to use our services and must not submit any Data to us.

III. DELIVERY POLICY

a. Time limit: Orders should be received 24 hour prior to delivery in order to leave time for freshly baking your items. Some items may require a longer turn-around.
b. Opening time: 8a.m – 5p.m everyday.
c. When you receive your product, please carefully check carefully with the delivery man and keep the receipt for inspection.
d. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame.
